RecommendedOur manufacturer said we needed a new shade that was going to cost several hundred dollars. MCD was able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. They also repaired 3 other shades we were having issues with, even though we had not scheduled those in advance. We were able to stay on sight with electrical hookups for two nights. The staff was friendly, courteous, and efficient. We definitely recommend going here for your RV shade repair.
They have wonderful customer service and they went out of their way to fix us and get us back up and going.
We have paid $80+ and exchanged numerous emails about the parts needed to fix our RV shades. They sent some parts; the package slip showed the right part, but inside was the wrong size... The customer service people can’t give us a tracking number for the parts they shipped last week... hmmm. They did tell us “don’t worry, they should be there soon.”
Friendly and explained every step of the process. Great environment while the work is being completed, fair price for a premium product.
Traveled from Tucson to have newcocpit roller blinds installed. Was disappointed to learn they do not modify front Old style TV cabinets. You need to come prepared for installation only of blinds only - no cabinet mods.
Had MCD on all 3 motorhomes and love them. The best, priced right, great tech support, great experience.....
Nicole Smith in customer service was very nice she took time to email me pictures of the parts and had them shipped out same day. Best customer service I have had in a long time. Thank you MCD.

I was so excited about our shades. We drove away happy only to find out the next day that the day shades had puckers all through them and looked horrible. Drove all of the way back a week later to have them remade. We were not even offered an apology, far less any compensation for our time and trouble. After I made it known that I was appalled at the lack of concern, the plant manager made a big show of bringing us a gift of mirror covers for our coach that he claimed he had made for us.
