We have a 2020 Heartland purchased new and it came with MCD day night shades. In years past I always told my wife when we purchased again I want MCD shades. Well I'm now eating those words. I have taken down and adjusted each one more than once, still have one that won't go up. I have had to replace the hardware in one which was a pain but it did work and stop as it should for about a week. Just really easy to give MCD a 5 star review. Bill handles the overall operations, but, the team of Kandace and Lance are the ones who make everything happen. Very much worth the long drive here to get your shades installed rather than deal with some of their dealers around the country. The personal attention to detail and customer satisfaction often seems like a lost 'art' at some many business today. A truely great company a service team.
OMG I walked in to the showroom and I was greeted with a smile. They directed me to a part person they were very patient as I am not in the business. I was able to get all the parts I needed and some free screws. They were very reasonably priced.
