Shades have been problematic since I bought the RV. I have called and left messages several times with no reply. Somehow when I do reach someone, they are always out to lunch and never call back. Poor product and non-existent service. I fear I may actually get an answer, spend a pile of money on replacements and then expect the same support if I need after sale support.
I'm giving MCD four stars because the end results met our functional requirements. The process itself however was a lot messier than it should have been. We traveled from the Atlanta, GA area to the Dallas, TX area to have the cockpit blinds on our 2021 WBGO 29B motorhome upgraded -- we wanted to replace the three single black blinds with Duo Blinds to give us more outside views with good privacy. We have a 2020 Heartland purchased new and it came with MCD day night shades. In years past I always told my wife when we purchased again I want MCD shades. Well I'm now eating those words. I have taken down and adjusted each one more than once, still have one that won't go up. I have had to replace the hardware in one which was a pain but it did work and stop as it should for about a week.
