Have been using this seller for over a year and never disappoints. The girls in the office are a great help with everything. highly recommend!!
Package was stating delivered on royal mail website but the delivery date was a Saturday and on weekends the office building is closed and there is absolutely no one to receive packages. i contacted seller to investigate via royal mail, they refused to do this and instead adopted a rather combative mode with me. The royal mail website clearly states that in cases like this, only the sender of the item can open a query, so nothing I could do but lose the money.
