100% a rip off artist and talks shit about young kids on the internet because they bought a quad that he thinks needs $7000 worth of work when it's actually only $2500 in parts and labor.
Jake saved our motorcycle camping trip! 200mi from home with a flat tire on the first day. One call and he dropped everything to come get the bike with his trailer. He had it repaired and had us back on the road in less than an hour. He was more than fair with the price - could have charged a premium, but didn't. Real integrity! Thank you, Jake!
Pure gratitude and appreciation for Jake and his business. I got a flat tire yesterday on a motorcycle trip and was on the side of the road many miles from home thinking the trip was all over; until we called McCutchin Motorsports. Called about a front end alignment / forks alignment on my motorcycle and the guy got a tone with me as soon as I asked the question and it immediately made me want to go somewhere else. Was looking forward to finding a local place to take my power sports but I will not tolerate rudeness on a first call trying to bring business.
