Met with Taylor and went over the dry rot that needed to be repaired on my house prior to painting. After a few days I received a text message with a quote. I asked him to please send me a contract to protect me and him as well. I was sent an invoice instead. Never received a contract. After completing the job he sent me pictures of the work completed.
