Replaced our kitchen outlets and ran into an issue I had never experienced before with simple electrical. Called McCutchen Electric and Mr. Charles promptly returned my call. It was a simple fix that he helped me with over the phone. Was sorry I didn't get a chance to meet him personally as he wanted to save me some money on a simple fix, something you don't have happen much these days. When I need something more outside of my simple electrical experience, Mr. Charles with McCutchen Electric has my business.
Currently working with McCutchen on a panel replacement, ground install, and some rewiring. Consultation was excellent, and I noticed they need more Google reviews. I will update the review when the service is finished, but so far these guys seem to be very knowledgeable and helpful
Father in law contacted Mr. McCutchen to establish connection to a building that was under construction, performed a site survey and was told he would get a materials list together and provide it to us so we could purchase the items and start laying the conduit and digging the trench. We waited a week and attempted to contact him again with no response. Trying to keep our business local but had to contact a company out of Nashville to complete the hook up.
Charles and his team are the best of the best.
