The office is easy to get into for quick appointments, but the office staff that answers the phones are horrible, rude, and don't know what they're talking about. I had a woman who wouldn't give me her name tell me that my husband's anxiety medicine was a controlled substance and he needed to come in EVERY month by federal law to the doctor before it could be refilled. On vacation and need medical help? GO HERE!!! I needed them while on vaca and in so much pain— they had me in and out QUICK!! Not even 45 mins, gave me a shot in the rear and some meds to get me by til I got back home! I went from there to our Ziplining adventure and never missed a beat on the fun!! THANK YOU to the NP Jennifer!!! I really appreciate you and I do feel better than when I came in! The nurses were so sweet while I was not feeling good.
The staff are all so happy they play around they just they're just happy they smile they're helpful they're kind and the wait t is never long. I am a Christian and I was having a very very bad day I was having a panic attack and Lauren just sat with me and listened like a counselor for 20 minutes while I rambled and cried boo hoo and I had a Christian shirt on and she asked me can I pray for you and I said please and she said the most spirit-filled prayer I think I've ever heard and I could feel it.
Great as an urgent care for out of towners. They helped us quickly and kindly when my daughter was sick on a recent spring break trip. Thank you!
