I was initially blown away by my experience with Barry in parts so I trusted the dealership to work on my subaru. The service advisors were great and great customer service but as soon as Dulce the service manager got involved, the bait and switch, not standing by what was communicated and promised, additional charges, logical fallacies, outright dishonesty. I cannot say enough about the service center. We were driving thru Yakima on the way home from vacation when a bunch of service lights came on. The service center not only squeezed us in, but drove us to and from a motel and the mechanic worked late to replace the valve body of our transmission so we could leave the following morning. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Thank you for making a sucky situation better.
Took a friend they apparently gave him the wrong part.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Purchased a vehicle 4 days ago and already having issues. Salesman and service did bare minimum to fix the issue. Do NOT shop here!! Instead of replacing completely crusted and rusty rotors they resurfaced them and couldn’t tell me the measurements remaining on the rotors only the brake pads, but they were working on the rotors??
