I cannot say enough about the service center. We were driving thru Yakima on the way home from vacation when a bunch of service lights came on. The service center not only squeezed us in, but drove us to and from a motel and the mechanic worked late to replace the valve body of our transmission so we could leave the following morning. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Thank you for making a sucky situation better.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Purchased a vehicle 4 days ago and already having issues. Salesman and service did bare minimum to fix the issue. Do NOT shop here!! Instead of replacing completely crusted and rusty rotors they resurfaced them and couldn’t tell me the measurements remaining on the rotors only the brake pads, but they were working on the rotors?? Beware place is grimy and not as reputable as they once were when it was Stewart Subaru. Posted are pics of their fine work. “Good as new” they said. Warranties a jo... read more
