I went to MVPT in Trumansburg with a rotator cuff injury. I saw Mark M and Shanine T and they are fantastic! The office is warm and inviting, the staff was friendly and helpful, very flexible scheduling and comfortable rooms. Mark and Shanine took their time at each appointment explaining the injury and the exercises and really supported me in avoiding surgery. I am seeing Joy for a shoulder injury. After a few times I was feeling better. Then I did something at home that made it take a turn for the worst. I came to therapy and Joy was very patient with me. She is also very understanding that I'm on the autism spectrum and that I don't always know or understand my pain. She is one of the best.
