McCulough Insurance Flagstaff is just a bubble on the air. Talked to Amanda 2 times asked somebody calls us for house insurance. Nobody called 2 days. Wow! How busy they are! On the other hand they don’t do any job. Insistently calling another 4 times, we finally met the agent Rhonda who can quote. She collected all the information SSN, DOB, Driving license # just for nothing. Those means someone knowing these info can really hurt you on your credit! quoted only I just called these people for a quote and they were terrible!! The woman yelled into my ear, then the man mumbled and was just talking like he did NOT want to be there, or give me a quote at all.I used to work at an insurance office and I know that sometimes it is a huge pain to make quotes and just deal with people in general in that setting, but I was still always at least polite and not rude like these people were.I don't care what they quote, I WON'T be going with them!!
