We had not used our fireplace for a time so we scheduled a Chimney inspection to make sure everything was safe before winter. Luke the technician who came to our house was very professional he arrived on time. He explained every step of the inspection to us. They found some problems with our Chimney like cracked mortar joints and a lot of creosote inside the flue that needed to be fixed away. From beginning to end, this company surpassed my expectations. Mark completed a comprehensive chimney check and noticed a few faults that needed correction. After the chimney cleaning, they performed the fireplace repair and serviced my wood stove. The guy was courteous, informed, and considerate of my house. After everything was finished quickly, the workspace was immaculate. I would absolutely contact this again for future maintenance because I feel much safer using my fireplace now.
