The worst tow company you could use. Very unprofessional prefers to text instead of speak on the phone which leads to miscommunication I waited two hours for a truck that NEVER came!
Greatest good fearing man that I've encounter for all the years I've known him. He has always been truthful and honest to me. I will always call him when I need work done.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I 4 flats tires. he took and towed my car to tire shop.When he got there he took it off tow truck DRIVING MY CAR WITHOUT MY PERMISSION while it has 4 flat tires. Doing that he broke my censors and something else on my tires. I been calling blowing up his phone and he hung up on me. I even sent the video of his reckless driving and messing up my car, he will not fix. Pressing charges. Can't post video but DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
Wow, let me start by saying Louis, the owner is the rudest guy Ive ever encountered. I had a bad experience with that guy; just because I asked him how long he would take to tow my vehicle, and he told me an hour, mind u that I spoke to him 40 mins later and also told me it would be an hour. He got smart and laughed like it was a joke.He also sounded like he just woke up. If I could, I would give him zero stars.He is very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to run a business.
