Terrible customer service - called my dear darling family friend ‘unhinged’
We called Oliver Smith to give us an appraisal on our Daruka home. I explained to Oliver that I needed a motivated agent as it was an urgent sale. He assured me on a lot of things and one being that he had many buyers that missed out on a recent sale that would be interested in ours. We signed up with him and it was the worst experience.
