Dr. Mcculley is by far the best in Memphis. I started seeing her over a year ago and she has been so sweet, and attentive to my care. My quality of life has increased since since seeing her and finally getting the proper treatment. She is now also seeing my son and I have great faith that she will get him up and running and get his asthma under control. I highly recommend her !! The staff is also great, I go to the Germantown location !
Mcculley is amazing. But she needs to fire the ginger haired receptionist with the white haired highlight. (Yes I'm describing her so you know who I am referring to) she was extremely rude and unhelpful. This had happened twice now with this rude woman. I would highly evaluate your staff because im not the first person she was rude to. She needs to get it together. I've been here since I was a baby and I'd really hate to leave such a good doctor because of a rude, bitter, anger driven woman.
Very disappointed with my recent interaction. I would highly suggest you review the most recent reviews. I called in request for update on my medication. Shot nurse was very rude and unprofessional, nurse began to argue with me in regards to a medication sheet that was lost by office. I would not recommend visiting the Germantown location due to my interactions. I hope Dr. McCulley reevaluate the nurse that was administered shots on 4/21/25.
Receptionist and Nurses are rude! Doctor McCulley is AWESOME! But the staff, terrible!
