Clean, professional, friendly people. Dr. Ogilvie is amazing!
I wish I had read the reviews before I made appointments. I see that the positive reviews are more than 1 year ago and seem to reference a doctor who is no longer there. Which might be why the recent ones are poor. I was seeing the Nurse Practitioner in East Memphis. She prescribed several antihistamines that were not working and I tried to talk to her. This clinic literally sucks. I’ve come multiple times for my shots. Three of those times (in the past THREE MONTHS) my shot “wasn’t available” or the system was down. Prior to the third time unable to get my shot (second time in a row), I called ahead to ensure my shot was available with no response. I left a voicemail requesting a call back to confirm before I drove 30 minutes out of my way AGAIN. No call back. Completely unprofessional. Sent me to get lab work done for my son. The list they gave has multiple locations that were no longer in service, didn’t answer phones, or had no receptionist to make appointments. When I advised them of the trouble I had, they could only vouch for one of the locations on the list and it was a 30 minute drive away. This is too large of Company to not be more familiar with who to trust with your lab work.
Very unprofessional. The interactions with the support staff were less than stellar. Instead of support and help with my insurance issue, I was met with a concerning amount of disrespect, unwillingness to be helpful and negative outcomes.
