Ongoing concerns about fees, found clerical error in invoice. Sent many emails/left messages by phone, to discuss error/ongoing charges. Took 6 months to receive a call back, had to schedule an appt to speak by phone to discuss concerns. Received an apology, told me refund would be given but NO refund was received. Sadly disappointed.

I needed advise on how to set up a will and health care proxy. Tom was very informative and gave great advise on how to set up the appropriate documents. The office staff was very helpful and easy to work with. Always went over and above with the whole process.
