There was some miscommunication about compression socks when I initially contacted them. My sister spoke with the owner and got things cleared up. The owner is knowledgeable about compression socks and its cause, and provided some additional info.
They give BAD advice. I called about their over-thr-counter compression socks options and whether they do the measurement. The lady on the phone said "no measurement is needed for over-the-counter" socks, just go with shoe size". This is 100% WRONG and BAD advice. For compression sock to be effective, you need the proper ankle size, calf size and leg length. This is confirmed by every single medical article/video.
