Mr. McCutcheon responded quickly, talked us through options, and worked non-stop (despite the quirks of my old house) until we had our new tankless heater running. So happy with their service and will definitely be using them again for all my plumbing needs!

My mom used them for her change over to winter. They were very professional and informed her that she needed a new thermostat, but said it would be cheaper for her to get one and have me install it. Other companies have taken advantage of her, but she was very happy with McCtcheon.
