Have always rode custom cruisers but decided on a change. Visited several large franchises and still waiting on them getting back to me , went to McCrum motor cycles and what a difference. Wes and Adaline could not of been more helpful , advise me on the style of bike and encouraged me to test ride a few different bikes before deciding. Contacted the shop for spare parts for my SV1000s and they were very friendly knowledgsable and effienct. They had what I need ordered right away and delivered within a few days. I would highly reccomend Mc Crums to everyone

I have never purchased a new vehicle before.I went in I knew what I wanted,The bike I wanted in the colour scheme I wanted is very hard to get that’s sold out everywhere.He made sure I got it just how I wanted it couldn’t fault the process at all was fast and easy just how you’d expect, He also held onto the bike for me for a few weeks until I could collect it taking up his storage much appreciated!

Wes sorted my issue out very quickly. Got the parts and had my bike back adap. Lovely crowd to work with. Up front with issues. Gave ne solutions. Made me choose. Then when I did work wad completed. Top class service. Also another point that is sadly lacking in other dealers. First class communication. Would highly recommend wes and his team
