We visited the facility looking for a place for my Mother. She is in need of memory care due to dementia. The memory care is in the basement! Poor lighting and gnats, ants everywhere. We chose another community for Mother that is much nicer and less expensive. Don't spend the time to look here.

Facility is full of black mold, especially behind the wainscoating where the residents sleep, in almost all the ptac units in the rooms.
Heritage Grove took over February 1, 2026. When you look at the reviews, sort them by date and notice the newer reviews are horrible. The only reason the ratings are so high is because of the ones from prior ownership. The quality of everything has declined significantly since February 1, 2026. Their response will be they take all concerns seriously and will forward it to administration, but rest assured from a resident standpoint, nothing will change.
