Dropped off 3 bracelets to be repaired yesterday and they were ready today! The guy was really helpful and everything was done exactly how I asked. I noticed he also polished them all before I collected. Happy with the service and it was worth the cost. I recommend :)

Visited to buy my partner a gift, the impeccable service from both owners made my visit very pleasant. Will defiantly be back.
I wish I could give this place 0/5 because I received no service from them at all. Walked in today and the owners never said anything. A couple entered and they were served by the lady owner. I had eye contact with the male owner and he just looked at me. Then when I looked at the jewellery in the counter where he was and he walked away. I walked to another area of the store, I hear him tapping impatiently... I was going to ask to have a look and potentially buy some opal earrings but not with that body language and attitude... read more
Great shop and layout, in my haste to purchase a necklace which was broken purchased a 9ct gold 45cm necklace. Yes it was beautiful but when I checked on other prices found similar at Prouds for $197 cheaper 😒
