Had some work done by Mcreas, human error happens and we had something that was missed. The girls at the office were so fantastic to deal with, super kind, super helpful, and just overall amazing. Well the owner himself came out and remedied the problem and only charged us parts to fix it. They were very quick to respond, quick to get the work done. 10/10 recommend. Amazing customer service, extremely reasonable, job well done. Thank you to everyone at Mcreas for looking after us so well.
During our annual inspection and maintenance on Tuesday afternoon, a problem with the blower motor was identified. Wednesday morning McCrea's called with a repair estimate (high). they sent a representative that morning and we purchased a new furnace. Thursday morning the installation crew arrived and we were back with heat by about 02:00 pm. The McCrea's Staff were very friendly and professional throughout.
Excellent service! Installed a new tankless water heater in a not so easily accessible place. Done with zero complaints and some fine ingenuity! Thank you!
Our furnace was 15 years old & of course we needed a new one. We are the people who waited until we had no heat to fork out the money & get the most reliable & modern furnace yet. We are so glad our old one is out. Can’t wait to see how much money we save long term & also it’s quite nice to have it shut off normally instead of continuously trying to keep up with the house - peaceful night sleeps are something we never knew felt so good.
