They sent us a foreclosure letter for $21 on taxes for our property! We drove to the tax office and they lied. Mortgage company had ALREADY PAID! A COLLECTION NOTICE IS ONE THING A FORECLOSURE NOTICE IS EVIL. ARE THEY STEALING PEOPLE'S HOMES AND THE PHONE NUMBER WAS NOT TO THE TAX OFFICE ON THE PAPER! THIS IS WRONG. YOU CANNOT FORECLOSE ON A PROPERTY FOR $20 WHEN THE MORTGAGE COMPANY PAID THE BILL AS THEY SHOULD.
