RecommendedWe just purchased a new woodstove from McCreadys. We love the stove, but most importantly, the customer service was out of this world. The installers were friendly, professional, and left our fireplace cleaner than they found it. Store employees were extremely patient, and returned our calls in a very timely manner. We had a small issue, and someone came out at night after closing their last work day before Christmas and fixed it. We give them 5 stars!
We used McReady’s for our annual Woodstove cleaning. The staff were courteous professional and friendly and did an excellent job. They were knowledgeable and got our fireplace up and running for the year.
Very good experience. The customer service and promise to stand behind their product is top notch and makes this purchase worth it. Glad we have such a good company to work with.
Horrible installation, horrible customer service ! They installed my custom fireplace doors off center, and told me I had to deal with it or I might get smoke in my house . No call from the owner, no concern whatsoever! I'm disgusted ! All their talk about craftsmanship is just that, talk.
McCready's is very knowledgable when it comes to masonry & restoration. whether it is keeping up with modern day technology, even material wise with lining fireplaces or restoring 100+ year old homes back to it's original beauty- McCready's is the way to go! Not to mention their newest additions of different types of stove inserts to fit your needs, grills, & much more accessories to go along with all their top of the line products!
