My case is 3 years old. I have had at least 4 case managers & two attorneys. Calls are not returned, no one has even interviewed me. I do not recommend this firm if you want customer service your case to be settled.

Well I really don’t know what to say! I assume my case is still going on I send messages. I don’t hear back all the time most the time. When I first contacted them, I was less than a month from my accident happening where I had broke my neck, blew my rotator cup out and messed up my elbow knocked on my teeth out. Instantly I was sent to doctors 45 minutes from my home to an hour then wanting to do therapy when I still was in the healing process from breaking my neck and getting ready for surgery I tried to explain to these d... read more
