AVOID. This shop attempted to significantly overcharge me and used aggressive tactics to hold my vehicle last-minute. My car was out of battery & needed an AC compressor and a serpentine belt. McCracken quoted me $1,800. Knowing this was astronomical, as a replacement AC compressor costs $150-$600 and a belt costs $15-$80 according to my search (see screenshots), I called a local competitor, who immediately quoted $960 for the exact same repair & recharge. Horrible Experience – Do Not Trust Online Reservations I booked a brake service online, but when I arrived, I was told the website “doesn’t work” and that they already had many cars ahead of mine. They completely ignored my reservation and acted like it was my problem. The staff’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, with zero effort to help or offer solutions. Total waste of time—go somewhere that respects customers and honors their booking
