Everyone that works here is incredibly helpful and patient. My car won’t run and I’m not able to get a tow truck but they have been super nice and accommodating about it. I haven’t even had my car worked on yet but I needed to leave a good review for how professional and stress free this has been. 10 out 10 would recommend!
First time customer and I will definitely be back! Stephanie was super friendly and helpful on the phone and got me an appointment quickly. They fixed my issue quickly and the cost did not break the bank! I would highly recommend McCracken to any one in the area.
I cannot say enough good things about this shop, any time i’ve had work done here it’s been done right and they are reasonably priced. McCracken is an honest shop, they’ve never tried to push more/unnecessary work getting done on my car; which unfortunately is common amongst other shops trying to make a quick buck. I leave my car with them at ease. Between Stephanie (Receptionist) and Jason (Supervisor) the communication is immaculate. Extremely friendly and professional as well.
