named She called me to say she would move my lady to a different room, but I asked her not to proceed until I could be there. I arrived around 3:30 PM. When I arrived, showed me the new room. After I expressed my wish to deny the room change, she began to attack me verbally. My lady was alone in a room by the window, adjacent to another resident described as being disruptive. My Mom came in MCCOYS Memorial back in February and she is 85% back to her normal self OT and PT and All of the CNA and RN are Phenomenal with my Mom Even the Secretary’s Office Staff are Phenomenal when we get to go home we will miss The Phenomenal Staff Here at McCoy Memorial And we Love them all like Family I will recommend this Facility to Everyone I see and come in contact with!! Thank you McCoys For all you have done with mom and Thank you on the behalf of all you do for the Residents!!!
if you know me I don't give 5 stars. this place doesn't smell like a nursing home. RN, CNA, staff are helpful and do their job. someone there rules with an iron first or the employee love works hard ( you be the judge). It's clean, the patience are whale taken care of, people are honestly happy. I've been in many of nursing homes and this place is miles better then all the ones I've ever been to. staff reading this thank y'all to other reading this don't take my word just stop by and see for yourself.
