As someone from the east cost where this type of practice isn't common I can say, this is not a "typical" massage it is really body work. The amount of knots and tension that was released was unreal. I love how myofacical release was incorporated into the work. Philip did an amazing job and worked areas that most therapist glaze over. He was very patient and kind and explained things very well.
