Hired to handle my divorce. Paid the $2000 retainer. Time came to create custom paperwork. They (Andrew Head) are not emailing me back - it has been a week now, not even to say why no reply. I filed the end of Jan, 4 months ago. This is an extremely emotional and tough time, and the people/group I thought were to have my back and help me through this - paid for - are MIA. My future depends on the settlement I get from divorce. I would not choose them again if I could go back in time.

the customer service is horrible. They have been working an uncontested divorce for me for almost a year now. I cannot get a real answer from anyone at the firm. Then the attorney schedules court days but he cancels them for his vacations. Today I have heard it all when the paralegal told me the client i should do a better job of making sure the attorney does his job. This has beem one of the worst experiences ever and has literally been tearing me and my family apart. Thanks Attorney Earl Mccoy
