The experience here is not what it used to be. I grew up in this neighborhood, my family has used Mccoy forever. The decision to handle my car insurance directly with progressive was a smart move. Price went down, and it's one phone call to speak with a rep., 24/7
Unresponsive to calls and requests for assistance concerning my policy! Trying for 3 months to have Marko Baldiava return my calls all to no avail. No customer service!!!!
Been dealing with Mcoy insurance since 1987 , from the father Earl , to the sons Josh , Ken , and Kevin , they where always very good to me and my businesses insurance needs , until recently it’s obvious the original owners are not involved in this business anyone because the service now it horrible to say the least , no return phone calls no return emails regarding renewing general lability ins just the run around for a month , by the looks of the office , dirty floor , ripped chairs in lobby they won’t be around too much l... read more
No return calls. Called twice and never a call back. Had to leave messages. They never answer the phone during normal business hours. Had to cancel my insurance with them and go to another company.
