If I could give 0 stars I would but this has been a horrible horrible time in dealing with these people. My father passed almost one exact month ago and even after paying we have yet to receive a death certificate, promised to us 3 death certificates, and no ashes even though they got money from my family to do so. To think you support black owned businesses only to then be made to look stupid for putting my father in your hands. My lawyer will be getting involved shortly. In our darkest hour they were there. McCoy & Harrison is a full service funeral home. Their support extended from our first phone call to our final see ya later. Mr. Jordan saw to my sister's final arrangements with the care and compassion I had not seen before. He was very communicative every step of the way. He and the staff made planning my sister's service less stressful during a very emotional time. The staff answered McCoy and Harrison were very professional. My issue is with the print studio company, the young lady Ashley, who assisted with creating my father's programs, showed up late for the funeral service. She specifically told me that she would be at the church at 9 AM which is when the viewing started to deliver the programs, but she did not arrive until 10:20 and the funeral service started at 10:30.
