The staff answered McCoy and Harrison were very professional. My issue is with the print studio company, the young lady Ashley, who assisted with creating my father's programs, showed up late for the funeral service. She specifically told me that she would be at the church at 9 AM which is when the viewing started to deliver the programs, but she did not arrive until 10:20 and the funeral service started at 10:30. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Mr.Thompson who identified himself as a funeral director. To be blunt, this man lies so easily he could have been a great used car salesman. As an example I mentioned in the beginning that I wanted a closed casket funeral with no viewing. The problem started when I said that I didn’t want to be embalmed, Mr. Thompson started going on and on about how they have to embalm.
