We just had Bob at our house. He was honest, giving us some ideas on how to improve drainage, but didn’t try to sell us on an unneeded service. Highly appreciate his honesty!
I didn’t end up needing McCoy Contractors, but I want to take the time to give them 5 ’s for customer service. They responded quickly to my inquiry. I contacted them with incredible concern regarding a new and sudden sinkhole near the foundation of my home. They reassured my foundation is normal and even directed me to contact a landscaping company to have the sinkhole addressed properly. I appreciate the guidance and their integrity!
Call McCoy today!! Our project began with a walk through and estimate by Bob, who was friendly, thorough and helped educate us on how basements work, why ours was cracking and bowed, and what would be done to fix it. The work was completed by Bradd and his team, who were considerate, professional and kept the site impressively clean. They provided timely updates as the job progressed and gave daily walk throughs of the work. Yes - the cost was fair!
I have 2 underground old cement rooms attached to my home. The constant leaking into the basement had worn away part of the shared basement wall and wooden stairway and caused mold to grow on the interior wall of one of the rooms. McCoy spent 3 days resolving these problems. I can't say enough about how efficient and meticulous their work is. Their team work from start to finish was amazing. 8-10-25..We had McCoy waterproof our basement 25 years ago when we first moved into our house that was built in 1926. This morning after the all nite rain that dumped 4-6 inches on the MKE area I went down to the basement and looked and said "God bless McCoy!" after finding it completely dry!
