If you are not a big name place as Tennessee Earthworks don't expect much service, they will put you on the back burner. Was told by Brad MCcoy that Tennessee Earthworks comes first before anyone that they are the most important customer that they have. Even before PCE. Had to cancel a couple jobs that was sending my TECH out to just to go fix a hood latch, when the machine wasn't even down.
