This place is incredibly POORLY managed! Pretentious atmosphere, rude service personnel, and average food served for a top dollar price! After reading the reviews here, and after my experience matching the negative ones, I chose NOT to give M&S gift certs this Holiday!!!!
Private rooms, calm attmosphere I loved my shellfish, everyone enjoyed seafood and steak. And lava cake. Mmmm. We are heading back this month. Hope private room. No guarantee. Ehh
The bar area at this restaurant is aweful. Placement of the clean glasses were put onto a rubber mat that was dirty and had food spilled on it. A young long dark haired waitress picked up a dirty glass, put it back into the clean ones and the tall bartender used it to serve a drink. Left over water spots and dish cleaner was all over EVERY GLASS....This same waitress took another glass and used her finger to pick off the stuck on food and then used it to serve a drink to another customer. The food was greasy, cold, app. dip had an over-powering mayo taste. The only positive is the wait staff. Out waitor tried his best to make a good experience but the product fell flat on its face
