Mike is a great and reasonable landlord. His rentals are well taken care of and he is quick to respond anytime a problem arises.
Mike is a great landlord, he takes good care of his rentals, he is hands on, the apts are up to date, clean and modern, if a problem were to present itself, he is prompt to fix it. He is making great improvements since acquiring the property.
