I found Micheala McCormick to be extremely rude and false about my daughters potential orthodontic situation. While discussing by phone about my daughters recommendations, she was extremely rude to me (parent) and stated that if I did not put braces on my daughter, "that I was a horrible father". She verbally told me that my daughters braces were a medical necessity. I asked her if there was some type of assessment or gauge to define my daughters medical necessity for orthodontia.
