I asked for help with a dog bite case, and was denied. They told me that my scars aren't bad enough for the attorney to want to help me recover the bills from the ER visit after I was wrongfully bitten. This is a strict liability state, but it still doesn't seem to be worth their time to help you recover anything if they can't ask for some large amount for something else, like emotional distress. Honda motorcycle in Pueblo, Colorado. A guy in a pickup truck was stopped at an upcoming intersection. Somehow, he did not see me, and suddenly pulled out into the intersection as I entered it, causing me to collide into the passenger side of his truck.
