If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I was on my way back home when I started having some car troubles. I looked up the closest Ford dealer and they told me to come on in. As a young mom sitting the shop with no knowledge about what was happening, Phil made sure to keep me informed and let me know what they were finding out with my vehicle and what they could do about it. I am a full-time RVer and need an oil change on my 2015 F350 it also was due for fuel filter changes. I made an appointment online and Phil McCormick called me to ensure what I needed and confirm the appointment. When I got there as part of their inspection they discovered I needed all brake pads replaced at all four corners. I had known this was a possibility but they offered to let me go out in the shop and see for myself.
