They never really kept me informed what was going on. I went to all these doctor appointments and cost a small fortune then they send a dismissal letter. I am screwed now!! Other attorneys won't touch this now because they screwed it up so bad is what I was told. Thanks, a lot for screwing up my life probably forever.
I wish I could give 0 stars! They assured me of the care that they would take with the case and provide excellent service for me and my children! They prolonged the case out, never responded to voicemails, text messages, or calls about the case throughout! They then after months sent me a letter and withdrew from the case with no explanation! They are horrible don't use them as representation at all my children and I are left in pain with no help and bills from an accident that wasn't our fault!
The main reason that I signed with them is because they're associates in Texas told me on the phone that they would take care of the police report and all the legal matters. I was rear-ended and was still considered at fault. I was not at fault! I needed their help to get the situation rectified! The law firm appears to have a good reputation for major cases and high success rate. I don't have a big case; so my case hasn't gotten a lot of attention. I was not at fault for the accident, but after 5 days, the only communication has been me calling them. I desperately need my car in the shop for repairs and a rental car to get to and from work; Uber and Lyft are close to $50 per day round trip. If I had just gone through my own insurance provider, would would have transportation today and my car would be getting fix... read more
