I was very displeased with Ms McCormack! We were given half truths to push us into doing a new Will with her. We had a Beneficiary Deed on our home that we felt comfortable with but she convinced us our family would be unable to get the property for one year, witch was not true. We were charged $3,500 for a simple Will and found out later that is 3 times the amount almost any other attorney in town charges. Terrible, wouldn't recommend Joanne to anyone. I contacted her after the sudden death of my mother to help settle her estate, which only consisted of a car and a condo with no mortgage. Nearly $5,000 later and she hadn't completed the job. She had no knowledge of settling with Medicaid and charged me for her research. Horrible long distance communication, condescending, uses scare tactics to make you think you need her services.
