Called during non working hours, voice message said to text so I texted information regarding my location and that my current sprinkler system needs some tlc, also that I need the cost - necessary before I commit. 4 days later, I got a text back "are you looking for a quote" I responded right away "yes, and repairs as well". It's another 4 days and nothing just ghost town... still no follow up. I hope they are OK and if they are, I must say they were quite unprofessional in the communication aspect of the business.
