I am a new customer. I contacted them due to an issue with my sprinkler timer. My previous company had incorrectly set it and my grass was without water for a few weeks. The person who answered the phone (sorry I am bad with remembering names) was very courteous and accommodating and I was able to get an appt within a few days. They guys who came were knowledgeable and friendly & quickly resolved the issue. I will contact McCormack for any future needs!!!
