We are so disappointed. We really wanted to do business with Donivon and his company, McCord Construction. We requested a quote to replace a window, replace some siding, fix some gutters and do some painting. One of their estimators/project managers came out on June 28 and looked at what needed to be done. He told us that it would take 2 weeks to get us a quote. Donivan and McCord construction did a fabulous job. I had a tree fall thru my house, they were amazing. If you are looking for someone who does good work, very honest and ethical. I know hard to find these days but they care about the people and the project. They went above and beyond to make sure things were done right and looked better than before. I would recommend them everytime. Top notch company.
Terrible experience with this company. They still have yet to complete (or communicate with me) on a job that was started last May (9.5 months ago). The work they did do had to be re-done and they will not commit to a day/time to finish my job, they just continue to give me the run around "we're short staffed but we should be able to get it done next week, we'll text you" and nothing...I love to support local small businesses but I wish I would've gone somewhere else. Hire at your own risk!
