HE CLAIMS To BE A VETERAN HES not.
He doesn’t not keep to his word and is constantly reneging on contracts made with homeowners almost forcing homeowners to add more compensation for the lack of under compensated estimates given. I have seen countless times over again jobs not completed in a sensible amount of time and constant unprofessional conducts being done on the job sites.
They came out the day I called them and did a great job! Quality work for a very fair fee. We appreciate the super fast service for a small plumbing repair. Thanks!
On February 24, 2021 I contacted McCord Construction 331 W. 35th St. Lorain, OH 44055 by cell phone and text messages. He said that, “He does smaller jobs on the weekends and bigger jobs during the week”. I requested a quote to replace 3 ceilings for new ones, update 6-10 light switches, and add more wall-mounted wire shelves. He asked for pictures of closet space and wire shelves through text. I have a large project and they were a little more than half done and they bailed. Trying to get in touch with them and all I get was crickets. Seems this runs in the family. Contracted with Ritz Masonry who is Codye’s cousin, and that work is not completed either. Very sad. They started off strong. It would have been great to leave a good review.
