Absolutely the worst place for claim Kimberly and her manager have no experience and will ruin you. Report them so they can revoke their license
This company is by far the most unprofessional i’ve encountered. After 2 weeks of leaving messages for an adjuster i was finally able to reach him, his told me he purposely ignored my multiple requests for a call back without knowing what i was calling for. The. refused to let me speak to a manager. Stay away from this company
