Mr. McCord was very professional! He has a comforting approach that helps you get through any nervousness that you may have during the process.
Curtis was the one of the most unprofessional adjusters I ever worked with. They have been handling claim for 6 months, had all the information for the claim and still asking after six months asking about their vehicle information. after all rejecting to pay the amount they owned for the damage and chose randomly the amount the are willing to pay even tough they never sent appraiser to do an inspection on the damaged vehicle.
I was extremely comfortable fringe beginning until end, had a great experience and they saved my relationship today thank you
