If there was a no star that is what McCools would be getting from us. They are absolutely horrible. We have continued to have issues with this company but since we live the majority of the time in Seattle we have continued with them. As of today no longer. We purchased a variable speed pump from them $2,600.00 in November 2024 it is now January 2025 and it still has not been installed. We put our trust in them to take care of our pool.
