McCool's has been taking care of our pool in Rio Verde for 2+ years and have provided exceptional service. Monday, a day after my son-in-law ran the Tempe IronMan and my daughter ran the Women's marathon, we attempted to turn our hot tub on with no luck. McCool’s Pools handled my filter and a full clean at my home in Cave Creek, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. Chris showed up on time, walked me through what he was doing, and was easy to talk to. The whole thing was quick and stress free, and the pool looks crystal clear now. I felt taken care of as a customer and would definitely recommend them if you need pool service in Cave Creek.

I recently had McCool's Pools take care of my weekly pool maintenance, and I couldn't be happier! Skylar was my technician, and he did an exceptional job with pool brushing and skimming. He took the time to explain the chemical balancing process and even showed me how to check the filter pump. I appreciated the chemical report emailed afterwards, which really highlighted their commitment to quality and transparency. It's clear they know their stuff, and I feel confident in their expertise. Highly recommend!
Had Mccool’s pools since I moved here in 2017. No issues with pool or equipment installation. Owner always very friendly, responsive, and service reasonably priced. Would continue to use them if I remained in the area.
