Steve and his team are AWESOME. I couldn’t get Cal Pools to come and take a look at my salt cell system for the life of me- played phone tag with them for 2 years. Other pool companies didn’t even return my calls! I also had a leak in my filter housing that needed to be addressed. Contacted McCool’s who had everything checked out, and repaired, quickly. I’ve had experiences with several pool services, and I can say that McCools is without a doubt the BEST pool service company in Phoenix! I have pebble tech, and I’ve had them perform drain and clean, pool maintenance, and equipment maintenance and all were the amazing experiences. I love my pool again. The team is not only knowledgeable, but friendly and polite.
