Our truck broke down on the interstate pulling a camper. It ended up being the carrier bearing and McCools had someone out within 30 minutes. The technician went above and beyond to get the part and put it on and had us on our way within 4 hours. He was extremely nice and genuinely cared about helping us.
McCool’s was quick, friendly, and professional. Stuck on the side of the interstate scared that a semi was swerve over and crash into me, I was literally counting the seconds and Mccools was there in no time to get me and my family to safety.
I was at the UniFi grocery distribution warehouse when the SR valve on my trailer malfunctioned, preventing me from leaving. McCool Semi Repair arrived and successfully resolved the issue. My sincere thanks to the team; you are truly exceptional.
