Lance No-Called/No-Showed for our scheduled estimate time. Claimed he was in a meeting that ran over?? Someone in that business should've been notifying people on his schedule. Very inconsiderate of the customers time and schedule to not even call. Unprofessional. I elected not to do business with them after this.
These guys get every bit of five stars from me, because they are experts at what they do, and they do excellent work. I had the misfortune of having a water leak on the first floor of my home when I was away on vacation. Needless to say, the drywall ceilings and walls in the basement below were destroyed. After we got everything dried out these guys came in and restored all of the drywall, and it looks great! They were always prompt, very courteous, and worked everyday until our project was completed.
