Very bad experience today on this location. I book appointment for rust proofing a week ago because Krown advertise a promotion, I call this shop and I spoke with the old guy, he said the promotion still going on, I pick the date to bring my car to their shop, when I arrived there, the guy I spoked over the phone said that the promotion is done.I cancelled my appointment right away, they just wasted my time. I’m very disappointed, not recommended this shop
Very accommodating staff, they indulge my queries and tested everything I asked them to!
So far, so good. I had two services with them, and they are very helpful, polite and fast. Accuracy in diagnoses and good work performance. Today, they changed the stabilizer bar links and the car is smooth again. On the top of that, free car replacement until the job is done, and every repair is guaranteed for 1 year or 20,000km, stated on the bill. Also, last week they helped me with a flat tire in 10 minutes, because I was in a hurry, and they not even asked me if I was a regular customer, just did it right away, guys sav... read more
